Registration Code allows you to send your school’s Comics Plus website URL and this a code out to all staff, students, and parents, and they can create their logins after entering the code.
Click-Through (Referrer URL) Authentication

Schools and libraries that authenticate users on their own website can now automatically authenticate users on their school’s/library’s Comics Plus website. By implementing a simple web service, your library can enable users to log on to your website and click-through to your school’s/library’s Comics Plus website without the need to re-authenticate. When they are directed to your Comics Plus website, a library user will have immediate access to his or her digital library account.
IP Authentication / EZ Proxy

IP Authentication allows users within a school’s/library’s computer network to access the Comics Plus website without having to authenticate to Comics Plus by inputting a username or password. The user must be accessing the Comics Plus website from an authorized IP address within the school or library unless EZ Proxy is enabled.
EZ Proxy gives users remote authenticated access to the Comics Plus website from outside the library's computer network and does not require the user to input a username or password.
Google OAuth Authentication

Google OAuth allows users to access the Comics Plus website with the “sign in with Google” prompt. Users must use their school assigned Gmail account to access the Comics Plus website.

User Managed

User Managed authentication allows you to manually enter or batch upload a .csv file of users you would like to grant access to your Comics Plus website. Individual users can be added, managed, or deleted by the Comics Plus library administrator(s) at any time.
Shared Username and Password
Ease of Set Up: 1 | Security Strength: 1
Shared Username and Password allows all users to use the same username and password, as defined by you, to access your Comics Plus website. While this allows for a simple explanation of login instructions, users will be unable to utilize features such as bookmarks and last read page.
Direct ILS AUthentication
Ease of Set Up: 1 | Security Strength: 5
If your library uses an authentication service such as SIP2 can send check out requests to your existing ILS database. Once you enable Comics Plus access to authenticate via your ILS, a library user can log in to your library’s Comics Plus website or app with his or her library card number and check out a digital title. Complete this form to authenticate directly with your ILS.
